Aircraft Records definition

Aircraft Records means that portion of the Data listed under the caption "RECORDS" in Exhibit D.
Aircraft Records means (i) the "Aircraft Records" as defined in the Certificate of Acceptance and (ii) all records, logs and other materials referred to in Clause 6.6(b).
Aircraft Records means (i) all airframe, engine, propeller and accessory manuals, logbooks, drawings, plans, tags, data and technical records relating to or required to be maintained with respect to the Aircraft, including without limitation traceability records, task cards, overhaul records, maintenance records and contracts, computerized maintenance programs, warranties, FAA form 337s (if any) and information back-to-birth of any and all parts of the Aircraft, and (ii) all documentation, certificates, exemptions and licenses relating to the Aircraft (itself and not solely to the authorization or manner of a specific operation of the Aircraft by the Seller personally). All Aircraft Records shall be printed, published or written in English.

More Definitions of Aircraft Records

Aircraft Records means all historical records, manuals, logbooks, documents, wiring diagrams, technical data, maintenance manuals, maintenance records, flight records and all other records, including all up-to-date additions, renewals, revisions and replacements thereof, relating to an Aircraft.
Aircraft Records means (a) the maintenance log books, flight log book, summaries of operations or work performed, reports of repair, alterations, rebuild, installation, modification, removal and replacement and inspection or overhaul of the Airframe, Engines or Parts and (b) all publications, notebooks, data, operations manuals, maintenance manuals, Aeronautics Authority-approved maintenance program, balance loading manuals and equipment lists.
Aircraft Records means the records, manuals and logbooks relating to the Aircraft specified in Appendix II to Certificate of Acceptance No. 1 (presently Exhibit A hereto).
Aircraft Records means all historical maintenance records and other records delivered with the Aircraft for maintenance accomplished prior to the Delivery Date and current maintenance records and other records for work accomplished subsequent to the Delivery Date including, but not limited to, documents, manuals (revised up to and including the most current revisions issued by the Manufacturer), data, overhaul records, log books, original Aircraft and Engine delivery documents, Life Limited Part traceability to "zero time since new", FAA Form 8130-3 or other FAA approved serviceable parts tags, FAA forms, teardown reports for Time Controlled Parts which have been overhauled or replaced during the Term, modification records, inspection records (including NDT documentation such as x-ray and eddy current), documentation of AD compliance, time logs showing Aircraft and Engine Flight Hours and Cycles on any given date during the Term, and all other documentation pertaining to the Aircraft, Engines and Parts.
Aircraft Records. Basic Rent," "Business Day," "Event of Loss," "Lease Supplement," "Lessee," " Liens," "Lien," "Person," "Rent," "Stipulated Loss Value," "Supplemental Rent" and "Termination Payment."
Aircraft Records means, for each Aircraft, the applicable Airframe Records and the Engine Records.
Aircraft Records means all records, logs, manuals, technical data, catalogs, drawings, inspection records, check sheets and other similar materials received by the Borrower upon acquisition of the Aircraft or otherwise maintained by the Borrower relating to the operation and maintenance of the Aircraft and the Engines and any Part thereof, including, but not limited to the records required to be maintained by the FAA or government of registry, as applicable.
