TERMS OF BANKING SERVICES. In addition to these terms and conditions, the Customer agrees that all other terms and conditions applicable to the Banking Services and/or other arrangements between the Bank and the Customer (“Terms of Banking Services”, including but not limited to the Agreement for Consumer Banking Services, ANZ Private Bank Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time) will continue to apply in full force and effect. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the Terms of Banking Services, the Terms of Banking Services shall prevail in so far as the inconsistency relates to the Banking Service in question, and these terms and conditions shall prevail in so far as the inconsistency relates to ANZ Digital Banking.

  • Mobile Banking Services Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access account information and conduct transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices (including phones, "Wireless Devices").
