Terms of Employment This Section 2 sets forth the terms and conditions on which the Company agrees to employ Executive during the period (the "Protected Period") beginning on the first day during the Term of this Agreement on which a Change of Control occurs and ending on the second anniversary of that date, or such earlier date as Executive's employment terminates as contemplated by Section 3.
Post-Employment Benefits A. If Employee's employment is terminated by ARAMARK for any reason other than Cause, Employee shall be entitled to the following post-employment benefits:
Employees; Benefits Employee shall be entitled to all benefits to which other Executive Vice Presidents are entitled, on terms comparable thereto, which may be maintained by the Company for the benefit of its executives. The Company reserves the right to alter and amend the benefits received by Employee from time to time at the Company’s discretion.
Post-Termination Benefits If the Executive's employment shall be terminated for any reason following a Change in Control and during the Term, the Company shall pay to the Executive the Executive's normal post-termination compensation and benefits as such payments become due. Such post-termination compensation and benefits shall be determined under, and paid in accordance with, the Company's retirement, insurance and other compensation or benefit plans, programs and arrangements as in effect immediately prior to the Date of Termination or, if more favorable to the Executive, as in effect immediately prior to the occurrence of the first event or circumstance constituting Good Reason.
Release of Employment Claims Executive agrees, as a condition to receipt of the termination payments and benefits provided for in this Section 4, that he/she will execute a release agreement, a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, releasing any and all claims arising out of Executive’s employment.
Employment Terms As a condition to your employment with the Company, you are required to (a) sign and return a satisfactory I-9 Immigration form providing sufficient documentation establishing your employment eligibility in the United States, and (b) provide satisfactory proof of your identity as required by United States law.

Executive Benefits The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit programs of the Company currently existing or hereafter made available to executives and/or other salaried employees, including, but not limited to, pension and other retirement plans, group life insurance, hospitalization, surgical and major medical coverage, sick leave, disability and salary continuation, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenses, long-term disability, and other fringe benefits.
Certain Benefits Executive will be eligible to participate in all employee benefit programs established by Employer that are applicable to management personnel such as medical, pension, disability and life insurance plans on a basis commensurate with Executive’s position and in accordance with Employer’s policies from time to time, but nothing herein shall require the adoption or maintenance of any such plan.
