Examples of Terms of Employment in a sentence
If you terminate your employment without giving or working the required period of notice, as indicated in your individual Statement of Main Terms of Employment, you will have an amount equal to any additional cost of covering your duties during the notice period not worked deducted from any termination pay due to you.
The Terms of Employment set forth in section 2 continue in effect after a Change of Control and may not be changed to terms and conditions less favorable than those in effect on the day immediately preceding a Change of Control.
The normal annual holiday leave entitlement will be 25 working days, as well as the 8 Public, Bank or Statutory Holidays in a ‘holiday leave year’ which runs from 1st October to 30th September unless varied by the Individual Statement of Main Terms of Employment.
The Terms of Employment of this contract shall be in effect as given above for the length of time and extra duty expected, and are separate and apart from any certificated employee’s duties and any Category A,B, Continuing or Retired Teacher Contract.
This Agreement also constitutes notice according to law to an employee in accordance with the Notice to Employee and to Candidate for Employment Law (Terms of Employment and Classification and Acceptance for Employment Proceedings), 5762- 2002.
