Terms of Renewal. This Agreement shall commence for a one (1) month term (“Initial Term”) and thereafter rates may change at Clearview Energy’s discretion outside of any applicable promotion. This Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one (1) month periods (“Renewal Term”).
