If the above puppy should develop a severe genetic disease before it’s first birthday and can no longer function as a pet or companion animal, Bonham Puppies will replace the puppy at no charge with a comparable puppy. The puppy will be replaced with another puppy from the same litter or from a future litter. If no replacement is available, then a full refund will be given. A proper letter from a veterinarian stating the problems found and the veterinarian’s opinion regarding the viability of the animal must be sent to the seller within 15 days of diagnosis. The seller will have the final say on whether or not the original puppy must be returned or not. All the veterinary bills and/or return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be reimbursed by Bonham Puppies. This guarantee does not include uneven bites, un-dropped testicles, or umbilical hernias. Unless otherwise specified, all veterinarian bills for corrective surgery, cosmetic surgery, shots, euthanasia, spaying/neutering, normal health care, and also shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The dog will be replaced either from the same litter of from a future litter. A letter from the vet stating the problem found and the vet's opinion on the viability of the animal must be sent to the seller within 15 days of diagnosis. The seller will have the final say on whether the original puppy must be returned. All the vet bills and returned shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. This health guarantee is void if the puppy has had its gonads (testes or ovaries) removed prior to its first birthday. The dog will be replaced either from the same litter or a future litter. A proper letter from vet stating the problem found and the vet’s opinion on the viability of the animal must be sent to Tripple R Sheepdogs within 15 days of diagnosis. Tripple R Sheepdogs will have final say on whether the original puppy must be returned or not.
