Common use of Terms of the Grant Clause in Contracts

Terms of the Grant. The Grant is determined solely at the discretion of the Board (or the relevant board Committee). In its assessment, the Board (or the relevant board committee) has considered several factors, including your personal performance. Regardless of your personal performance and the Company's future prospects, the Company may decide unilaterally and in its sole discretion, not to grant options to you in the future. Pursuant to the terms of the Plan and the Agreement, you are not entitled and have no claim to receive future options as a consequence of the Grant.
