The Supplier grants to the Buyer and its subsidiar- ies and affiliates a perpetual, worldwide, fully paid-up, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable, non-exclusive li- cense to use any and all software and associated docu- mentation delivered or supplied to the Buyer for the Buyer’s business purposes and to the extent required for the use of the Services.
The Supplier grants. The Lottery Corporation a non- exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, transferrable, sub- licensable, royalty-free licence to use any pre-existing rights, third party Intellectual Property Rights and materials to the extent necessary to enjoy the full benefit of the Services or the Goods as intended.
