Test Objectives. This information is mainly to allow the Wind Tunnel staff to plan for the test ahead of the test period: - description of test article or articles, including the mounting system - approximate test matrix (speeds, angles of attack, angles of yaw, test article configurations, etc), - data to be acquired (forces and moments, surface pressures, wake surveys, tuft patterns, etc), - any special requirements by the test article, such as electrical power, pressurized air, etc. - any unusual test procedures or protocols

Test Objectives. As a consequence of the recommendation status, two types of BIS tests will be performed: - End-to-end BIS test at OC48 Multiplex Section level. - End-to-end BIS test at VC-4/STS-3c path level. Only test equipment will be used to perform the BIS test. There will be no SDH equipment (e.g. ADM, DXC) involved in the test configuration. The BIS test will be performed for each of the wavelengths individually, possibly concurrently for a 24-hour period. If the objectives set forth herein have not been met at this point, after localization of the fault the BIS test shall be repeated concurrently for another 24-hour period. 1.2.1.1 End-to-end BIS test at OC48Multiplex Section level.   • Project Objective The Parties will jointly develop the Project Objective based upon the Owner’s requirements, goals, and constraints. The Project Objective is comprised of the Base Program, Target Cost, Added Value Incentive Items, Implementation Documents, and Contract Time, and any other objectives agreed by the Parties. (c) Each Employee is accountable to: (1) Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work area, ensure safe and healthy work practices are followed at all times and within their duty of care, take responsibility for their personal safety and the safety of other Employees; (2) Comply with Project environmental health and safety regulations, procedures and practices; (3) Participate in and comply with the Project’s cultural and environmental processes; (4) Ensure their personal fitness for work on each day they are scheduled to work; (5) In all of their dealings with other Employees and their Employer, act with fairness and respect; (6) Work towards both the Project and their team’s goals to the full extent of their personal capacity; and (7) Raise any personal concern/issue directly with their immediate team leader/supervisor thereby providing the Employer with an opportunity to resolve/assist the concern/issue. If the team leader/supervisor is not available, then raise the matter with a more senior Employer leader.

  • Performance Goals A. The Trust and State Street have developed mutually acceptable performance goals dated March 1, 2011 , and as may be amended from time to time, regarding the manner in which they expect to deliver and receive the services under this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Service Level Agreement”). The parties agree that such Service Level Agreement reflects performance goals and any failure to perform in accordance with the provisions thereof shall not be considered a breach of contract that gives rise to contractual or other remedies. It is the intention of the parties that the sole remedy for failure to perform in accordance with the provisions of the Service Level Agreement, or any dispute relating to performance goals set forth in the Service Level Agreement, will be a meeting of the parties to resolve the failure pursuant to the consultation procedure described in Sections V. B. and V.C. below. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties hereby acknowledge that any party’s failure (or lack thereof) to meet the provisions of the Service Level Agreement, while not in and of itself a breach of contract giving rise to contractual or other remedies, may factor into the Trust’s reasonably determined belief regarding the standard of care exercised by State Street hereunder.
