Testing of the Metering Equipment. 6.11.1 The Main Meters and check meters shall be tested for accuracy, with a portable standard meter, certified by a lab accredited with the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories. Such tested Main Meter and check meter shall be sealed by MSEDCL at the cost of the SPV. MSEDCL shall carry out the calibration, periodical testing, sealing and maintenance of meters in the presence of the authorized representative(s) of the SPV and such representative(s) of the SPV shall sign on the results thereof.
