Tests at Manufacturer’s Plant. 13.5.1 Prior to supply of a sample Bus that conforms to the Specifications and Standards (the “Prototype”), the Operator shall carry out, or cause to be carried out, at its own cost and expense, all Tests in accordance with Schedule-H and such other tests that the Operator may consider necessary to demonstrate that the Prototype complies in all respects with the Specifications and Standards. The Operator shall provide to the Authority forthwith, a copy of the Operator’s report on each test containing the results of such test and the action, if any, that it proposes to take for compliance with the Specifications and Standards.

The Operator shall provide to the Authority (or its nominee) forthwith, a copy of the Operator’s report on each test containing the results of such test and the action, if any, that it proposes to take for compliance with the requirements of this Agreement, including the Specifications and Standards.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work.
