The Administering Institution agrees to. a. use its best endeavours to obtain from each author of any Project Material or Incorporated Material a written consent to the Specified Acts (whether occurring before or after the consent is given) which extends to the performance of the Specified Acts by Cancer Australia or any person claiming under or through Cancer Australia; and
