The Adoption Committee. i. To promote informed decision-making, the adoption committees shall be structured to do the following: 1. Provide for representation of school and grade level teachers; 2. Include representation of professional who that teach the full range of students; 3. Consider parent/community values and feedback; and 4. Provide adequate opportunity for all teachers who are to use the materials to examine materials and provide input prior to final recommendation. ii. The committee structure will vary, depending upon the numbers of teachers involved in the teaching of the subject under review.
