Procedures and Compensation for Conferences and Grade Reporting. 1. Elementary Parent Conference Time: IEA and ISD recognize the value of elementary conferences to provide communication regarding student progress. The content of these conferences will be teacher directed. IEA and ISD will work collaboratively to develop a conference guide that teachers will use in planning these important meetings. Both parties will have the opportunity to appoint equal representatives. Each educator will have the autonomy to schedule conferences, which will support preparedness, prioritize access for families, and will not infringe upon outside the workday availability. a. The District will provide conferences and two (2) written reports for parents of K-5 students through the following procedures: i. Elementary schools will provide Grade K-5 parents with one formal conference each year. 1. Parent conferences can be scheduled during Staff Directed Wednesday time. 2. In addition, three (3) half-days will be provided for parents to conference with half-day kindergarten, full day kindergarten and Grade 1-5 teachers in the fall. (See Part 2 below for more information on kindergarten conferences). 3. Staff may provide parents with the option of electronic conferences (computer or telephone) rather than face to face. 4. Those parents who spend regular time in the classroom may determine that a formal conference is not necessary. 5. Every effort should be made to schedule sibling conferences on the same day. 6. No administratively-directed meetings will be held during the five (5) work days prior to scheduled conference days. ii. To accommodate parent schedules, K-5 teachers may schedule conference appointments during conference days, before or after school, or in the evenings. In the event that conferences are held outside of the workday in order to accommodate parents, additional pay is not available, but up to six (6) hours per year of Staff Directed Wednesday time or Wednesday Staff Directed Non-Instructional Time may be taken after conferences occur as compensatory time (see Article 3 Section 3 (6)).

  • Minimum Site Requirements for TIPS Sales (when applicable to TIPS Sale). Cleanup: When performing work on site at a TIPS Member’s property, Vendor shall clean up and remove all debris and rubbish resulting from their work as required or directed by the TIPS Member or as agreed by the parties. Upon completion of work, the premises shall be left in good repair and an orderly, neat, clean and unobstructed condition. Preparation: Vendor shall not begin a project for which a TIPS Member has not prepared the site, unless Vendor does the preparation work at no cost, or until TIPS Member includes the cost of site preparation in the TIPS Sale Site preparation includes, but is not limited to: moving furniture, installing wiring for networks or power, and similar pre‐installation requirements. Registered Sex Offender Restrictions: For work to be performed at schools, Vendor agrees that no employee of Vendor or a subcontractor who has been adjudicated to be a registered sex offender will perform work at any time when students are, or reasonably expected to be, present unless otherwise agreed by the TIPS Member. Vendor agrees that a violation of this condition shall be considered a material breach and may result in the cancellation of the TIPS Sale at the TIPS Member’s discretion. Vendor must identify any additional costs associated with compliance of this term. If no costs are specified, compliance with this term will be provided at no additional charge. Safety Measures: Vendor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of employees on the worksite, and shall erect and properly maintain all necessary safeguards for protection of workers and the public. Vendor shall post warning signs against all hazards created by the operation and work in progress. Proper precautions shall be taken pursuant to state law and standard practices to protect workers, general public and existing structures from injury or damage. Smoking: Persons working under Agreement shall adhere to the TIPS Member’s or local smoking statutes, codes, ordinances, and policies.

  • Certification of Meeting or Exceeding Tobacco-Free Workplace Policy Minimum Standards A. Grantee certifies that it has adopted and enforces a Tobacco-Free Workplace Policy that meets or exceeds all of the following minimum standards of: i. Prohibiting the use of all forms of tobacco products, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, water pipes (hookah), bidis, kreteks, electronic cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, snuff and chewing tobacco; ii. Designating the property to which this Policy applies as a "designated area,” which must at least comprise all buildings and structures where activities funded under this Grant Agreement are taking place, as well as Grantee owned, leased, or controlled sidewalks, parking lots, walkways, and attached parking structures immediately adjacent to this designated area; iii. Applying to all employees and visitors in this designated area; and iv. Providing for or referring its employees to tobacco use cessation services. B. If Grantee cannot meet these minimum standards, it must obtain a waiver from the System Agency.

  • EDD Independent Subrecipient Reporting Requirements Effective January 1, 2001, the County of Orange is required to file in accordance with subdivision (a) of Section 6041A of the Internal Revenue Code for services received from a “service provider” to whom the County pays $600 or more or with whom the County enters into a contract for $600 or more within a single calendar year. The purpose of this reporting requirement is to increase child support collection by helping to locate parents who are delinquent in their child support obligations. The term “service provider” is defined in California Unemployment Insurance Code Section 1088.8, Subparagraph B.2 as “an individual who is not an employee of the service recipient for California purposes and who received compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that service recipient within or without the State.” The term is further defined by the California Employment Development Department to refer specifically to independent Subrecipients. An independent Subrecipient is defined as “an individual who is not an employee of the ... government entity for California purposes and who receives compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that ... government entity either in or outside of California.” The reporting requirement does not apply to corporations, general partnerships, limited liability partnerships, and limited liability companies.   • Contractor Sales Reporting Vendor Management Fee Contractor Reports Cooperative Master Contract Sales Reporting. Contractor shall report total Cooperative Master Contract sales quarterly to Enterprise Services, as set forth below. Cooperative Master Contract Sales Reporting System. Contractor shall report quarterly Cooperative Master Contract sales in Enterprise Services’ Cooperative Master Contract Sales Reporting System. Enterprise Services will provide Contractor with a login password and a vendor number. The password and vendor number will be provided to the Sales Reporting Representative(s) listed on Contractor’s Bidder Profile. Data. Each sales report must identify every authorized Purchaser by name as it is known to Enterprise Services and its total combined sales amount invoiced during the reporting period (i.e., sales of an entire agency or political subdivision, not its individual subsections). The “Miscellaneous” option may be used only with prior approval by Enterprise Services. Upon request, Contractor shall provide contact information for all authorized Purchasers specified herein during the term of the Cooperative Master Contract. If there are no Cooperative Master Contract sales during the reporting period, Contractor must report zero sales. Due dates for Cooperative Master Contract Sales Reporting. Quarterly Cooperative Master Contract Sales Reports must be submitted electronically by the following deadlines for all Cooperative Master Contract sales invoiced during the applicable calendar quarter: Vendor Management Fee. Contractor shall pay to Enterprise Services a vendor management fee (“VMF”) of 1.5 percent on the purchase price for all Cooperative Master Contract sales (the purchase price is the total invoice price less applicable sales tax). The sum owed by Contractor to Enterprise Services as a result of the VMF is calculated as follows: Amount owed to Enterprise Services = Total Cooperative Master Contract sales invoiced (not including sales tax) x .015. The VMF must be rolled into Contractor’s current pricing. The VMF must not be shown as a separate line item on any invoice unless specifically requested and approved by Enterprise Services. Enterprise Services will invoice Contractor quarterly based on Cooperative Master Contract sales reported by Contractor. Contractor is not to remit payment until Contractor receives an invoice from Enterprise Services. Contractor’s VMF payment to Enterprise Services must reference this Cooperative Master Contract number, the year and quarter for which the VMF is being remitted, and Contractor’s name as set forth in this Cooperative Master Contract, if not already included on the face of the check. Contractor’s failure to report accurate total net Cooperative Master Contract sales, to submit a timely Cooperative Master Contract sales report, or to remit timely payment of the VMF to Enterprise Services, may be cause for Enterprise Services to suspend Contractor or terminate this Cooperative Master Contract or exercise remedies provided by law. Without limiting any other available remedies, the parties agree that Contractor’s failure to remit to Enterprise Services timely payment of the VMF shall obligate Contractor to pay to Enterprise Services, to offset the administrative and transaction costs incurred by the State to identify, process, and collect such sums, the sum of $200.00 or twenty-five percent (25%) of the outstanding amount, whichever is greater, or the maximum allowed by law, if less. Enterprise Services reserves the right, upon thirty (30) calendar days advance written notice, to increase, reduce, or eliminate the VMF for subsequent purchases, and reserves the right to renegotiate Cooperative Master Contract pricing with Contractor when any subsequent adjustment of the VMF might justify a change in pricing. Annual Cooperative Master Contract Sales Report. Contractor shall provide to Enterprise Services a detailed annual Cooperative Master Contract sales report. Such report shall include, at a minimum: the Goods/Services sold (including, as applicable, item number or other identifier), per unit quantities sold, items and volumes purchased by Purchaser, shipment/delivery locations by Purchaser, and Cooperative Master Contract price. This report must be provided in an electronic format that can be read by Microsoft (MS) Excel. Such report is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the annual anniversary of the effective date of this Cooperative Master Contract.

  • Eligibility Requirements for Asset Representations Reviewer The Asset Representations Reviewer must be a Person who (a) is not Affiliated with the Sponsor, the Depositor, the Servicer, the Indenture Trustee, the Owner Trustee or any of their Affiliates and (b) was not, and is not Affiliated with a Person that was, engaged by the Sponsor or any Underwriter to perform any due diligence on the Receivables prior to the Closing Date.

  • SERVICE REQUIREMENTS FOR REFERRED CLIENTS A. Agent agrees to respond to any communications from a Referred Client within two (2) hours after receipt if such communication is received between 9:00am to 5:00pm local time. For communications received outside of these hours, Agent agrees to respond by 10:00am the next day. B. Agent agrees to update XXXX.xxx with status updates within 48 hours after initial communication with a Referred Client and upon every significant status change until closing or abandoned. Updates shall be made by Agent via email to xxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx. C. Vacations or extended absences shall be reported, with length of pause, to XXXX.xxx via email to D. Agent will not add Referred Client to any email list or calling list without the express permission of Referred Client. E. Agent agrees XXXX.xxx has the right to survey the Referred Client at any time. F. If Agent is contacted by a Referred Client that Agent is unwilling or unable to assist, Agent shall direct such Referred Client back to XXXX.xxx for assistance and notify XXXX.xxx at xxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx. G. Agent agrees that XXXX.xxx has no obligation to provide Agent with any number of referrals and that prospective clients are free to select the agent they wish to work with for any particular real estate transaction.

  • Child Abuse Reporting Requirements A. Grantees shall comply with child abuse and neglect reporting requirements in Texas Family Code Chapter 261. This section is in addition to and does not supersede any other legal obligation of the Grantee to report child abuse. B. Grantee shall use the Texas Abuse Hotline Website located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/Login/Default.aspx as required by the System Agency. Grantee shall retain reporting documentation on site and make it available for inspection by the System Agency.
