The Allotee shall be entitled to all rights privileges vertical and lateral supports easements and quasi easements and appurtenances whatsoever belonging or in anywise appertaining to the said flat or therewith usually held occupied or enjoyed or refused or known as part and parcel of the said flat excepting the rights of easements and quasi easements reserving unto the Owners.
