The Architect/Engineer. shall assist the Construction Manager and Owner in investigating the responsibility of apparent low bidders or proposers and inform Owner in writing of its findings and recommendations. For proposers selected by qualifications and by competitive sealed proposals, the Architect/Engineer shall assist the Construction Manager and Owner in investigating qualifications and other pertinent proposal information and inform the Owner in writing of its findings and recommendations.
