Authorized Representative Sourcewell's Authorized Representative is its Chief Procurement Officer. Supplier’s Authorized Representative is the person named in the Supplier’s Proposal. If Supplier’s Authorized Representative changes at any time during this Contract, Supplier must promptly notify Sourcewell in writing.

CONTRACTOR STAFF WITHIN AUTHORIZED USER AGREEMENT The provisions of this section shall apply unless otherwise agreed in the Authorized User Agreement. Authorised Representative The Issuer will notify the Dealers immediately in writing if any of the persons named in the list referred to in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of the Initial Documentation List ceases to be authorised to take action on its behalf or if any additional person becomes so authorised together, in the case of an additional authorised person, with evidence satisfactory to the Dealers that such person has been so authorised.

Notification of Xxxxxx and Unauthorized Release (a) Vendor will promptly notify the District of any breach or unauthorized release of Protected Data it has received from the District in the most expedient way possible and without unreasonable delay, but no more than seven (7) calendar days after Vendor has discovered or been informed of the breach or unauthorized release.
Designated Representative A. Contractor designates as contract agent with primary responsibility for the performance of this contract. In case this contract agent is replaced by another for any reason, the Contractor will designate another contract agent within seven (7) calendar days of the time the first terminates his or her employment or responsibility using the procedure set for in Section O, Notices.
