American Airlines, et al., Nos. 13-1204, 13-1207, 13-1208 (2d. Cir.) or in any other proceedings in any other court that arise out of such proceedings and (ii) the Second 0000-0 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx Order shall be a Final Order and shall be in full force and effect in accordance with its terms and no order of the Bankruptcy Court or any other court shall have been entered amending, staying, granting reargument, vacating or rescinding the Second 0000-0 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx Order.

  • Court Order By Seller or Buyer if consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby shall violate any nonappealable final order, decree or judgment of any court or governmental body having competent jurisdiction;
