The Board and Union shall Acquaint Employees. The Board agrees to acquaint Employees with the fact that a Union Agreement is in effect, and with the conditions of employment set out in the Articles dealing with Union Security and Dues Check-off. New Employees shall be given copies of benefit pamphlets. Any Employee questions shall be forwarded by the Board to the carriers. The Board agrees to provide all new Employees with a package of information about the Union, which shall be provided to the Board by the Union.
