The California Community College. Chancellor’s Office must approve the degree and certificate programs that are included in the CCAP Agreement. Courses offered must be part of the programs approved by the Chancellor’s Office unless the COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT received delegated authority to approve those courses separately locally.
