Common use of The Cards Clause in Contracts

The Cards. 3.1 All Cardmembers shall sign their Cards immediately upon receipt and before using them. 3.2 Each Card is at all times property of the Bank, is not transferable , may not be copied or reproduced and must be surrendered immediately upon the Bank’s request.
