The City’s Responsibilities. 10.1 The City will assist the Contractor by placing at its disposal any available information pertinent to the Project, including previous reports, laboratory tests, and inspections of samples, materials, and equipment; property, boundary, easement, rights-of-way, topographic and utility surveys; property descriptions; and known zoning, deed, and other land-use restrictions. 10.2 The City will arrange for access to and make all provisions for the Contractor to enter upon public property as required for the Contractor to perform its services.
