Staffing and Management. It is an express condition of this Agreement that the responsibility for recruitment and management of staff to work on the project shall be a matter for the Grantee. The Grantee shall ensure that all reasonable and appropriate checks, including Garda vetting, where appropriate, are carried out in relation to individuals employed by, or otherwise involved either directly or indirectly, in the implementation of the project to determine their suitability to work in their specific role. For the avoidance of doubt all employment contracts shall be entered into between the Grantee as employer and the Grantee staff as employees. It is hereby acknowledged and confirmed that no employment relationship is hereby created or deemed to be created or shall at any time during the currency of this Agreement be created between the Department and the Grantee staff and the Grantee shall ensure that this is expressly acknowledged by the Grantee staff within their contract of employment with the Grantee. The Grantee must inform staff of any sub-contracting body that the staff will not at any stage be regarded as staff of the Department. The Grantee shall maintain records to support salary costs as required under Article 21 of Horizontal Regulation EU (no.) 514/2014.
Staffing and Management. During the term of this Agreement, Awardee shall not reassign or modify the operational authority of the management personnel listed in the Scope Management Process without the consent of the District, except (a) upon request by the District, (b) as the result of the termination by Awardee of the employment of the affected person, or (c) upon reasonable request initiated by such affected person. Awardee shall furthermore refrain from reassigning or reallocating work on the Project if a reasonably foreseeable consequence of such reassignment or reallocation would be to require the repetition of work or delay in the completion of the delivery of any Deliverable. Notwithstanding the foregoing, upon request by the District for a change in such management personnel, Awardee shall use commercially reasonable efforts to remove and replace such individual Awardee personnel assigned to the Project in a timely fashion. At no time will Awardee personnel be considered as employees of the District.
Staffing and Management. 3.54.1 The Contractor shall provide staffing that is adequate to meet all service and performance required under the Agreement. The Contractor’s staffing shall be sufficient to provide customer service that meets City standards. Staffing based on the approved plan shall be maintained throughout the contract period, including peak periods. Staff support shall include:
3.54.1.1 A senior operations manager who is responsible for the oversight of all contract services and deliverables, and who is able to communicate and negotiate with elected and high level City officials for program evaluation and feedback.
3.54.1.2 A Systems manager responsible for oversight of System output, including statistical analysis, report monitoring, and verification of compliance with performance standards.
3.54.1.3 A production manager to oversee all transaction and financial reconciliation in relation to operations, including reconciliation of daily deposits, audit of cashier settlements, scheduling, correspondence processing, reject processing, and financial adjustments.
3.54.1.4 A customer service manager to develop and monitor the telephone answering and correspondence processing Systems, direct responses to the public's complaints and administrative investigations, and maintain document storage in accordance with City guidelines.
3.54.1.5 A manager with overall responsibility for service at the customer service center operated by the Contractor.
3.54.1.6 A manager to oversee the System that processes the high volume of payments received by mail, including the opening and preparation of documents, and the preparation of deposits to the City financial institution.
3.54.1.7 A manager to oversee the accurate capture of the data written on parking citations, name and address changes, returned mail processing, the application of name and address data, enforcement officer field reports, and any other transaction processing required.
3.54.1.8 A Systems manager, communications technicians, and computer support specialists to meet City availability standards, to maintain the Contractor's System and area network.
Staffing and Management. The APEF is overseen by the DFID MENAD regional team, who set overall policy, manage regional level projects (largely support to IFIs to become more effective in the region) and provide support to posts on country level projects. They work closely with the APPF team based at the FCO, who manage the APPF strategy in a similar way.

Staffing and Management. The recipient should provide adequate staffing and management resources for the successful implementation of the cooperative agreement. For example, the following positions might be identified as key staff: Principal Investigator (PI), Executive Director (ED), Educational Program Coordinator, Occupational Safety and Health Coordinator, and Research Training Coordinator. The recipient should ensure that qualifications of key personnel are consistent with personnel policies and practices of the institution.
Staffing and Management. The applicant must describe the proposed staffing for the project and provide job descriptions for existing and proposed positions. See proposed definition of key personnel in the section on program requirements.
(a) Submit curriculum vitae (limited to 2 pages per person) for each professional staff member named in the application and document expertise and other sources of support for implementing public health internship/ fellowship programs for minority students.
(b) Submit job descriptions illustrating the level of organizational responsibility for professional staff who will be assigned to the project.
(c) Submit an outline of the hierarchy of a management plan which shall assure fiscal and programmatic accountability in accordance with the terms of this cooperative agreement. The management plan should clearly identify the officials who will manage this program and their specific responsibilities.
(d) Submit evidence of the MIHE’s location in the south and in proximity to the CDC.
Staffing and Management. 2.11.1. All staff engaged in carrying on the Permitted Activities shall be provided with adequate professional and technical development training and written operating instructions to enable them to carry out their duties.
2.11.2. The operator shall ensure that all staff engaged in carrying on the Permitted Activities are fully conversant with those aspects of the Permit Conditions which are relevant to their duties.
2.11.3. The operator shall maintain a record of the skills and training requirements for each job and shall keep records of all relevant training.
2.11.4. The permitted Installation shall be managed and supervised by appropriately qualified persons to ensure that the conditions of the Permit are being complied with.
