The Concession 3.1.1 Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits, the Authority hereby grants to the Concessionaire the concession set forth herein including the exclusive right, licence and authority to construct, operate and maintain the Project (the “Concession”) during the Construction Period and for a period of 10 (ten) years commencing from COD, and the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees to implement the Project subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Sole purpose of the Concessionaire The Concessionaire having been set up for the sole purpose of exercising the rights and observing and performing its obligations and liabilities under this Agreement, the Concessionaire or any of its subsidiaries shall not, except with the previous written consent of the Authority, be or become directly or indirectly engaged, concerned or interested in any business other than as envisaged herein.
PUBLICITY, LITERATURE, ADVERTISEMENTS AND SOCIAL MEDIA 36.1 COUNTY owns all rights to the name, logos, and symbols of COUNTY. The use and/or reproduction of COUNTY's name, logos, or symbols for any purpose, including commercial advertisement, promotional purposes, announcements, displays, or press releases, without COUNTY's prior written consent is expressly prohibited.
LITERATURE, ADVERTISEMENTS, AND SOCIAL MEDIA A. Any written information or literature, including educational or promotional materials, distributed by CONTRACTOR to any person or organization for purposes directly or indirectly related to this Agreement must be approved at least thirty (30) days in advance and in writing by ADMINISTRATOR before distribution. For the purposes of this Agreement, distribution of written materials shall include, but not be limited to, pamphlets, brochures, flyers, newspaper or magazine ads, and electronic media such as the Internet.

Women- and Minority-Owned Businesses (W/MBE) The Subrecipient will use its best efforts to afford small businesses, minority business enterprises, and women’s business enterprises the maximum practicable opportunity to participate in the performance of this contract. As used in this cataract, the terms “small business” means a business that meets the criteria set forth in section 3(a) of the Small Business Act, as amended (15 U.S.C. 632), and “minority and women’s business enterprise” means a business at lease fifty-one (51) percent owned and controlled by minority group members or women. Vendor Encouraging Members to bypass TIPS agreement Encouraging entities to purchase directly from the Vendor or through another agreement, when the Member has requested using the TIPS cooperative Agreement or price, and thereby bypassing the TIPS Agreement is a violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and will result in removal of the Vendor from the TIPS Program.
Music You must have our written permission for performance of live music and the playing of recorded music under the Deregulation Xxx 0000. This Agreement confers that permission.
Outside Advertising The Employer reserves the right to advertise new or vacant positions as deemed necessary. All internal applicants for new or vacant positions will be given first consideration and must be disqualified for the position before it is offered to outside applicants.
MIDDLE SCHOOLS 1. Where there are no negotiated provisions concerning the implementation or operation of a middle school program, this article shall govern the implementation or operation of a middle school program in a school district.
