Keyboard/Rehearsal Pianists. Among other duties, the rehearsal pianists sometimes perform in the pit with the Orchestra and sometimes as rehearsal pianists for the singers. When they perform in the pit with the orchestra, their terms and conditions of employment are the same as any other member of the Orchestra pursuant to this Agreement. When they perform as rehearsal pianists for the singers without the Orchestra, the terms and conditions for such employment are covered under the Music Staff Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Opera and the Union. not covered by this Agreement and Management and keyboard/rehearsal pianists will negotiate such terms and conditions. Whether they are in the pit performing with the Orchestra, or in a singer’s rehearsal, they are the same people and they would be required to either join the union, or at least pay a service agency fee equal to the dues.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. BellSouth will not provide line terminating elements, regeneration or other electronics necessary for AFN to utilize Dark Fiber Loops.

  • Smoke Detectors At Owner's expense, smoke detectors will be installed on the Property in working condition in accordance with the law prior to the tenant's occupancy. During the occupancy, it shall be the tenant's responsibility to maintain all smoke detectors. Owner will replace smoke detector equipment as needed.

  • School Nurses The salary of a nurse with a graduate nursing degree will be 90% of the XX Xxxx of Schedule A. The salary of a nurse with a BS Nursing Degree will be the same as the XX Xxxx of Schedule A.

  • System Security Review All systems processing and/or storing DHCS PHI or PI must have at least an annual system risk assessment/security review which provides assurance that administrative, physical, and technical controls are functioning effectively and providing adequate levels of protection. Reviews should include vulnerability scanning tools.
