The Consultant's Responsibility for Employees. The Consultant shall supervise and be fully responsible for the work performed by and the professional and technical competence of his employees and shall select, for work under this Contract, reliable individuals who shall perform effectively in the implementation of the Contract, comply with the laws of the Government, respect the local customs and conform to a high standard of moral and ethical conduct.
