Common use of The Consultant’s Services Clause in Contracts

The Consultant’s Services. The Consultant shall provide the General Consulting Services (“Services”) as set forth in Exhibit A, Scope of Services. Subconsultants may perform portions of the Services, provided that Regents has approved, in writing, each such subconsultant and, further, providing that the Consultant remains fully responsible for all work performed by its subconsultants.
