Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:
Commencement of Work Engineer shall not commence any field work under this Contract until he/she/it has obtained all required insurance and such insurance has been approved by County. As further set out below, Engineer shall not allow any subcontractor/subconsultant(s) to commence work to be performed in connection with this Contract until all required insurance has been obtained and approved and such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Approval of the insurance by County shall not relieve or decrease the liability of Engineer hereunder.
LAYOUT OF WORK The Contractor shall lay out its Work from base lines and benchmarks indicated on the Drawings, and shall be responsible for verification of all measurements in connection with the layout. The Contractor shall furnish all stakes, templates, platforms, equipment, tools, materials, and labor required to lay out any part of the Work. The Contractor shall also be responsible for maintaining and preserving all stakes and other marks established by Princeton University until authorized to remove them. If such marks are destroyed by the Contractor or through its negligence before their removal is authorized, Princeton University may replace them and deduct the expense of the replacement from any amounts due or to become due to the Contractor. Scope of Work For the 2022/2023 Grant Period, the Provider will maintain a victim services program that will be available to provide direct services to victims of crime who are identified by the Provider or are presented to the Provider, as specified in the Provider’s 2022/2023 Grant Application as approved by the OAG and incorporated herein by reference.
