The CSO Personnel. 4.1 The CSO shall be fully responsible and liable for all persons engaged by it in connection with the Activities, including employees, consultants, agents, accountants, advisers, and contractors (hereinafter the “CSO Personnel”). The CSO shall ensure that the CSO Personnel meet the highest standards of professional qualifications and competence necessary for the implementation of the Activities and achievement of the Deliverables under this Agreement, are free from any conflicts of interest related to the Activities, respect the local laws and customs, and conform to the highest standards of moral and ethical conduct.
