Common use of The Customer’s General Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

The Customer’s General Responsibilities. The Customer and its Users are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining their Internet access to the Subscription Services. The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy, quality and integrity of the Customer Data that the Customer or its Users input into the Komo Platform. The Customer must comply, and will ensure that its Administrative Users comply, with the Acceptable Use Policy referenced in Section 12 below. The Customer is responsible for acts and omissions of its Administrative Users relating to this Agreement as though they were the Customer’s own.
