The Early Years National Sample Clauses

The Early Years National. Funding Formula (EYNFF) from central government standardises nationally the distribution of funding for the early education and childcare entitlements to local authorities. The Council follows a prescribed formula as per the DfE regulations to fund providers in the local authority. The local authority agrees the allocation of funding annually via the Early Years Provider Reference Group and obtains ratification via the Schools Funding Forum.

  • Supplemental Benefits The employer shall maintain a “Supplemental Unemployment Benefits Plan” pursuant to the Employment Insurance Act and Regulations. The employer shall make amendments as appropriate to ensure that the Plan provides the maximum permissible benefits in conjunction with Article 17.03.
