Actions We May Take if You Engage in Any Restricted Activities If we believe that you’ve engaged in any of these activities, we may take a number of actions to protect PayPal, its customers and others at any time in our sole discretion. The actions we make take include, but are not limited to, the following: • Terminate this user agreement, limit your account, and/or close or suspend your account, immediately and without penalty to us; • Refuse to provide the PayPal services to you in the future; • At any time and without liability, suspend, limit or terminate your access to our websites, software, systems (including any networks and servers used to provide any of the PayPal services) operated by us or on our behalf, your PayPal account or any of the PayPal services, including limiting your ability to pay or send money with any of the payment methods linked to your PayPal account, restricting your ability to send money or make withdrawals; • Hold your money to the extent and for so long as reasonably needed to protect against the risk of liability. You acknowledge that, as a non-exhaustive guide: • PayPal’s risk of liability in respect of card-funded payments that you receive can last until the risk of a chargeback closing in favour of the payer/buyer (as determined by card scheme rules) has passed. SUBSEQUENT PERIODIC RECRUITMENT During the term of the Contract, the State reserves the right to conduct subsequent future Periodic Recruitments. The purpose of future periodic recruitments will be to: Add new Lots for additional and/or emerging technologies Add new Contractors to existing and new Lots OGS will formally announce when a Periodic Recruitment Solicitation is issued. Periodic Recruitments will be issued at the discretion of the OGS. A Contractor shall be required to submit such Submission documentation as required by OGS, which may include additional applicable statutory requirements currently in effect at the time of the Periodic Recruitment.
Developer Compensation for Emergency Services If, during an Emergency State, the Developer provides services at the request or direction of the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer will be compensated for such services in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.
CHANGING OR TERMINATING YOUR ACCOUNT As permitted by law, the Credit Union may change the terms of this Agreement and any attached Disclosure from time to time. Notice of any change will be given in accordance with applicable law. If permitted by law and specified in the notice to you, the change will apply to your existing account balance as well as to future transactions. Either you or the Credit Union may terminate this Agreement at any time, but termination by you or the Credit Union will not affect your obligation to pay the account balance plus any finance and other charges you owe under this Agreement. Your obligation to pay the account balance plus any finance and other charges you owe under this agreement are subject to all applicable laws and regulations regarding repayment requirements. You are also responsible for all transactions made to your account after termination, unless the transactions were unauthorized. The card or cards you receive remain the property of the Credit Union and you must recover and surrender to the Credit Union all cards upon request or upon termination of this Agreement whether by you or the Credit Union. If this is a joint account, the paragraph on JOINT ACCOUNTS of this Agreement also applies to termination of the account.
TEACHING HOURS AND TEACHING LOAD A. As professionals, teachers are expected to devote to their assignments the time necessary to meet their responsibilities, but they shall not be required to “clock in or clock out” by hours and minutes. Teachers shall indicate their presence for duty by placing their signature and time in the proper column of the faculty “sign-in” roster.

Petition for Annual Conference Session The Local Church acknowledges that pursuant to the governing standing rules of the Annual Conference, petitions for consideration of the legislative body must be submitted to the Secretary of the Annual Conference on or before April 1 of the current Annual Conference year. The Annual Conference will make reasonable efforts to assist the Local Church in completing the required petition, which will include this Disaffiliation Agreement as an attachment thereto making it subject to public review. If the petition is not filed in a timely manner, the Parties will make good faith efforts under the standing rules of the Annual Conference to cooperate to bring the petition to the legislative floor for consideration by appropriate motions to suspend the standing rules for the purposes of considering the petition.
