The First Vice-Chairman Sample Clauses

The First Vice-Chairman. The First Vice-Chairman shall perform such duties as assigned by the Chairman of the Board or by the Board of Directors of the Association in accordance with the terms of the Bylaws and shall perform such duties as are usually incident to the office. The First Vice-Chairman shall discharge the duties of the Chairman of the Board, whenever, in the discretion of the Board of Directors, the disability or absence of the Chairman of the Board and Executive Vice-Chairman make such service advisable. The First Vice-Chairman shall be a member of the Board of Directors.
