PREVAILING WAGE RATES - PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS If any portion of work being Bid is subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the Labor Law, the following shall apply:
Budget Schedule Subrecipient agrees that the expenditures of any and all funds under this Contract will be in accordance with the Budget Schedule, a copy of which is attached hereto as Attachment C, and which by this reference is incorporated herein and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Work Progress Schedule Refer to Special Conditions and Division 1 General Administration Specifications for additional schedule requirements. Unless indicated otherwise in those documents, Contractor shall submit to the ODR and the A/E its initial Work Progress Schedule for the Work in relation to the entire Project not later than twenty-one (21) days after the effective date of the Notice to Proceed. Unless otherwise indicated in the Contract Documents, the Work Progress Schedule shall be based upon a computerized Critical Path Method (CPM) with full reporting capability. This initial schedule shall indicate the dates for starting and completing the various aspects required to complete the Work, including mobilization, procurement, installation, testing, inspection, and acceptance of all the Work of the Contract. When acceptable to the Owner, the initially accepted schedule shall be the Baseline Schedule for comparison to actual conditions throughout the contract duration.
Time Schedule 4.1. A project schedule is included in Appendix A.
Wage Schedule The pay rate (including increments and stated extras) as agreed to and hereinafter in this Schedule provided, shall be in effect during the term of the Agreement, from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2022.
Performance Schedule The Parties will perform their respective responsibilities in accordance with the Performance Schedule. By executing this Agreement, Customer authorizes Motorola to proceed with contract performance.
Annual Work Plans (a) The Recipient shall prepare in accordance with guidelines acceptable to the Association and furnish to the Association not later than March 31 in each calendar year, a proposed annual work plan and budget for the Project for the following fiscal year of the Recipient, of such scope and in such detail as the Association shall reasonably request.
Modified Work/Return to Work Programs The Hospital and the Union recognize the purpose of modified work/return to work programs, is to provide fair and consistent practices for accommodating nurses who have been ill, injured or permanently disabled, to enable their early and safe return to work. The parties undertake to provide safe and meaningful employment for both permanently or temporarily disabled nurses based on the following principles:

Compensation Schedule Except as otherwise provided herein, employees shall be compensated within the pay range assigned to the classification of the position in which they are employed and in accordance with the pertinent conditions of employment enumerated in this Agreement. Sec. 503 REGULAR PAY DAY: Employees shall be paid on or about the Friday following the end of the biweekly payroll period.
