The GEF Trust Fund Grant. Section 2.01. The Bank agrees to make available to the Recipient, on the terms and conditions set forth or referred to in this Agreement, the GEF Trust Fund Grant in an amount in various currencies equivalent to three million four hundred thousand Special Drawing Rights (SDR 3,400,000).
Section 2.02. (a) The amount of the GEF Trust Fund Grant may be withdrawn from the GEF Trust Fund Grant Account in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Agreement for expenditures made (or, if the Bank shall so agree, to be made) in respect of the reasonable cost of goods and services required for carrying out the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the GEF Trust Fund Grant.
The GEF Trust Fund Grant. Section 2.01. The Bank agrees to make available to the Recipient, on the terms and conditions set forth or referred to in this Agreement, the GEF Trust Fund Grant in an amount equal to twelve million five hundred thousand Dollars ($12,500,000).
Section 2.02. The amount of the GEF Trust Fund Grant may be withdrawn from the GEF Trust Fund Grant Account in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Agreement for expenditures made (or, if the Bank shall so agree, to be made) in respect of the reasonable cost of goods, works and services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the GEF Trust Fund Grant.
Section 2.03. The Closing Date shall be December 31, 2011, or such later date as the Bank shall establish. The Bank shall promptly notify the Recipient of such later date.
The GEF Trust Fund Grant. Section 2.01. The Bank agrees to make available to the Recipient, on the terms and conditions set forth or referred to in this Agreement, the GEF Trust Fund Grant in an amount of seven million one hundred thousand United States Dollars (US$7,100,000).
Section 2.02. (a) The amount of the GEF Trust Fund Grant may be withdrawn from the GEF Trust Fund Grant Account in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Agreement for expenditures made (or, if the Bank shall so agree, to be made) in respect of the reasonable cost of goods and services required for carrying out the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the GEF Trust Fund Grant.
The GEF Trust Fund Grant. Section 2.01. The Bank agrees to make available to the Recipient, on the terms and conditions set forth or referred to in this Agreement, the GEF Trust Fund Grant in an amount in various currencies equivalent to four million two hundred thousand Special Drawing Rights (SDR 4,200,000).
The GEF Trust Fund Grant. Section 2.01. The Bank agrees to make available to the Recipient, on the terms and conditions set forth or referred to in this Agreement, the GEF Trust Fund Grant in an amount equal to eleven million US Dollars ($ 11,000,000).
Section 2.02. The amount of the GEF Trust Fund Grant may be withdrawn from the GEF Trust Fund Grant Account in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Agreement for expenditures made (or, if the Bank shall so agree, to be made) in respect of the reasonable cost of goods, works and services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the GEF Trust Fund Grant.
Section 2.03. The Closing Date shall be June 30, 2011 or such later date as the Bank shall establish. The Bank shall promptly notify the Recipient of such later date.

Section 2.02. The amount of the GEF Trust Fund Grant may be withdrawn from the GEF Trust Fund Grant Account in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Agreement for expenditures made (or, if the Bank shall so agree, to be made) in respect of the reasonable cost of goods, works, services, Research Grants, Scholarship Grants and Endowment Fund contributions required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the GEF Trust Fund Grant.
Section 2.03. The Closing Date shall be August 1, 2012 or such later date as the Bank shall establish. The Bank shall promptly notify the Recipient of such later date.
(a) The Secretary of SEFIN and any person or persons whom he or she shall designate in writing is designated as representative of the Recipient for the purposes of taking any action required or permitted to be taken under the provisions of Section 2.02 of this Agreement and Article V of the General Conditions in respect of Honduras Subcomponents.
(b) The Minister of XXXXXX and any person or persons whom he or she shall designate in writing is designated as representative of the Recipient for the purposes of taking any action required or permitted to be taken under the provisions of Section 2.02 of this Agreement and Article V of the General Conditions in respect of the Nicaragua Subcomponents.
The GEF Trust Fund Grant. Section 2.01. The Bank agrees to make available to the Recipient, on the terms and conditions set forth or referred to in this Agreement, the GEF Trust Fund Grant in an amount in various currencies equivalent to six million, five hundred thousand Special Drawing Rights (SDR 6,500,000).
Section 2.02. (a) The amount of the GEF Trust Fund Grant may be withdrawn from the GEF Trust Fund Grant Account in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Agreement for expenditures made (or, if the Bank shall so agree, to be made) in respect of the reasonable cost of goods and services required for the Project described in Schedule 2 to this Agreement and to be financed out of the proceeds of the GEF Trust Fund Grant.
The GEF Trust Fund Grant. Section 2.01. The Bank agrees to make available to the Recipient, on the terms and conditions set forth or referred to in this Agreement, the GEF Trust Fund Grant in an amount equal to one million seven hundred thousand dollars (US$1,700,000), it being understood by the Recipient that pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.03 (b) of the General Conditions, the Bank, may, after the completion of the inventory of Obsolete Pesticides under Part A of the Project, cancel such amounts of the GEF Trust Fund Grant allocated to the Disposal Services Category that shall not be required for purposes of the disposal operations to be carried out under Part B of the Project.
Section 2.02. The amount of the GEF Trust Fund Grant may be withdrawn from the GEF Trust Fund Grant Account in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Agreement for expenditures made (or, if the Bank shall so agree, to be made) in respect of the reasonable cost of goods, works, consultant services and Disposal Services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the GEF Trust Fund Grant.
Section 2.03. The Closing Date shall be November 30, 2009, or such later date as the Bank shall establish at its discretion. The Bank shall promptly notify the Recipient of such later date.
The GEF Trust Fund Grant. Section 2.01. The Bank agrees to make available to the Recipient, on the terms and conditions set forth or referred to in this Agreement, the GEF Trust Fund Grant in an amount in various currencies equivalent to four million Special Drawing Rights (SDR 4,000,000).
Section 2.02. The amount of the GEF Trust Fund Grant may be withdrawn from the GEF Trust Fund Grant Account in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Agreement for: (i) amounts paid (or, if the Bank shall so agree, to be paid) by the Recipient on account of Sub-grants made under Part A(1)(a) of the Project to meet the reasonable cost of goods, works and services required for the Sub-project in respect of which the withdrawal from the GEF Trust Fund account is requested; and (ii) expenditures made (or, if the Bank shall so agree, to be made) in respect of the reasonable cost of goods, works, services and operating costs required for carrying out the Project, other than Part A(1)(a), and to be financed out of the proceeds of the GEF Trust Fund Grant.
Section 2.03. The Closing Date shall be June 30, 2007, or such later date as the Bank shall establish. The Bank shall promptly notify the Recipient of such later date.
The GEF Trust Fund Grant. Section 2.01. The Bank agrees to make available to the Recipient, on the terms and conditions set forth or referred to in this Agreement, the GEF Trust Fund Grant in an amount equal to nine million Dollars ($9,000,000).
Section 2.02. (a) The amount of the GEF Trust Fund Grant may be withdrawn from the GEF Trust Fund Grant Account in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Agreement for: (i) Sub-grants made under Part C.1 of the Project to meet the reasonable cost of goods, works and services required for an eligible Biodiversity Conservation Sub-project under Part C.1 of the Project and in respect of which the withdrawal from the GEF Trust Fund Grant Account is requested; and (ii) expenditures made (or, if the Bank shall so agree, to be made) in respect of the reasonable cost of works and goods required for Part C of the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the GEF Trust Fund Grant.
