Disposal Services definition

Disposal Services means the solid waste disposal services to be provided by the County pursuant to the Service Covenant and otherwise hereunder.

Disposal Services means services related to the treatment or disposal of Obsolete Pesticides and Associated Waste under Part B of the Project;

Disposal Services means those facilities, equipment, programs and services of the Solid Waste Management System received after collection for transfer, transportation, landfill and related services.

More Definitions of Disposal Services

Disposal Services means acceptance, management and disposal of solid and green waste collected by the Parties at a municipal solid waste landfill unit, as defined by 40 C.F.R. § 258.2. Effective Date means the date the Agreement has been authorized, approved, and executed by all Parties and all Parties have complied with the requirements of A.R.S. § 11-952, which includes appropriate action by the legislative or other governing body of the Party for the approval of the Agreement and determination by the Party's attorney that the Agreement is within the powers and authority of the Party.

Disposal Services means the services required to be performed by the Contractor pursuant to the Contract in connection with the final disposal of the City Residential Waste handled at the Disposal Site.

Disposal Services means the provision of all of the operations, maintenance and management services related to the acceptance and Disposal of Delivered Material at the Disposal Facility, including as set out in the Specifications.
