Common use of The Industrial Relations Commission Clause in Contracts

The Industrial Relations Commission. If the employee(s) is (are) dissatisfied with the General Manager’s determination, and would like to pursue the matter further, then a dispute may be lodged by a Union on their behalf before the Industrial Commission. A dispute shall only be registered before the Industrial Relations Commission of NSW after the other avenues of appeal provided by this agreement have been exhausted. The above provisions do not limit an employee’s entitlement to pursue proceedings before the Industrial Relations Commission in matters concerning unfair dismissal.
