The MarENet Webpage. The project webpage will be linked to the future digital platform for the Digital Atlantic Cluster of Blue Careers. The webpage will serve as a central platform to inform public about the MarENet project, its objectives, the consortium members and thus to increase the project visibility among interested parties. The structure will include the visual elements required by EASME. All partners are recommended to share general information about the project and a link to MarENet website on their own webpages. Project webpage will be designed for a multiple purpose. The web page will support the project deliverables, showing the details of the project objectives, challenges, results, and events, and will be enabled with a leaning environment, a GIS cartographic viewer, a service surveillance of skill and job offers related to the maritime sector in the Atlantic Sea, and a newsletter, while offering an updated calendar of events related to training and professional development in considered sectors.

  • Project Website The State will develop and maintain a website that will be made available in advance of the first public meeting for this project. The Engineer shall provide project information for the project website to the State including documents related to project background, study area limits, study objectives, project photos, study area maps, material presented at public meetings, and contact information for requesting additional information. The project website will be updated with the documents and other information provided by the Engineer to the State after each set of public meetings and the final report in PDF format provided by the Engineer will be posted by the State to give the general public access to the document.

  • AT WEBSITE XXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.XXX Prospective bidders may submit bids for the property online via xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (For online bidding, please register at least one (1) working day before auction day for registration & verification purposes)

  • Access to and Use of Content Customer has the right to access and use applicable Content subject to the terms of applicable Order Forms, this Agreement and the Documentation.

We are not responsible for any of the opinions expressed in the Message Boards. By posting a message to the message board You agree to take full legal responsibility and liability for your comments, including for offensive or defamatory statements. If You are active and current on Software Maintenance and Support, You may request reconfigurations of the Software subject to Your payment of Kofax’s then current standard rates for such reconfigurations. Kofax will have no liability to You arising from or related to Your cessation of Software Maintenance and Support, whether from Your failure to timely renew Software Maintenance and Support or otherwise. If You elect to reinstate Software Maintenance and Support following expiration of the Software Maintenance and Support for whatever reason, You will (a) pay a reinstatement fee equal to the sum of the current annual Software Maintenance and Support fees, any unpaid Software Maintenance and Support fees from the date of expiration to the date of reinstatement, and an amount equal to one additional year of Software Maintenance and Support fees, and (b) apply all upgrades, enhancements and new releases to the Software needed to bring Your Software current with Kofax’s most current supported version of the Software. Software Maintenance and Support pricing will increase for renewal terms by an amount not to exceed 5% of the prior year term fee, provided that increases associated with additional software license purchases, if any, will be incorporated into the base for the purpose of calculation of each annual increase.
