The Nomination Policy. (i) Having reviewed any Nomination Policy, the OFI may consult with the NF regarding any queries it has and agree a timeline with the NF by which any proposed amendments must be made. Any amendments proposed after this agreed date shall require the written approval of the OFI. The OFI may consult SDSI prior to considering approving any proposed amendments to nomination timelines.
