Cancellation Policies. Please refer to the Deposit and Cancellation Schedule on the previous page. Cancellation by GCRC: GCRC may, in its sole discretion, cancel an itinerary or portion of an itinerary at any time, prior to departure. Other than as a result of force majeure, GCRC will repay the deposit or charges for the itinerary or, where appropriate, a reasonable pro rata share thereof. In the event of cancellation of an itinerary in progress, GCRC may select and make available alternative transportation by bus or other means from the point of cancellation to the location where the cancelled itinerary was scheduled to conclude, or the place of its commencement, and reasonable accommodation (if any) required in the course of that return transportation. In no circumstances will GCRC be liable to provide or pay for any further payment, compensation, transportation, or accommodation including (without restriction) further transportation to your home or any other location. Except as specifically provided in this paragraph, the cancellation of an itinerary or portion of an itinerary by GCRC will be subject to the limitation of liability contained in section 10 of this Agreement.
Cancellation Policies. You may cancel your Services for any or no reason at any time (including, without limitation, during any term commitment to which you have agreed) by giving us notice of cancellation via the telephone number, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx or General Customer Service Mailing Address set forth in Section 1. In the event that you cancel your Services, then you may be subject to certain prices, fees and/or charges (including, without limitation, an Early Termination Fee) and you will continue to have obligations with respect to the return of Equipment and certain other obligations as set forth in this Agreement and your applicable Promotion Agreement(s). Any cancellation will be effective no sooner than the date that DISH actually receives notice that has been provided in accordance with this Agreement.
Cancellation Policies. All cancellations made by the Lessee are subject to penalties below:
A) If the Lessee cancels the reservation 45 days or more prior to arrival date, all payments are forfeited but credited for 9 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the Owner. The credit value can be used by the Lessee or anyone on his or her behalf for any reservation, during any period upon availability and solely for the Property initially reserved.
B) If the Lessee cancels the reservation within 45 days prior to arrival date, all booking payments are forfeited. A full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that the Owner secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial canceled reservation.
C) Christmas and New Year Period, for any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment, all payments are forfeited. However, a full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that the Owner secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial and canceled reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if the Owner cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance.
Cancellation Policies. ⮚ 3 & 4 Hour Rentals – 15 Day Cancellation Up to 15 days prior to event, a $25 cancel fee will be charged from the security deposit. Within 15 days of the event the entire security deposit will be retained.
Cancellation Policies. The Merchant agrees to provide a completed copy of the transaction record to the Cardholder at the time the purchased goods are delivered or services performed. The Merchant may deliver the transaction receipt in either of the following formats:

One-time cancellations or schedule changes: Employer must provide at least a 1-week advance notice to cancel or modify (including adding additional work time) the Employee’s work hours on any scheduled workday. Employer will pay the Employee one-half times the employee’s regular rate of pay per hour for the hours the worker would have worked upon cancellation. If Employer does not provide a full week’s notice, the Employer will pay the full agreed upon hours and rate.
Cancellation Policies. Parties cancelled by the pool staff prior to the start of the party due to staffing or inclement weather will by fully refunded.
Cancellation Policies. 11 A. If you have to cancel and can notify us more than 120 days before the event, your registration fee will be returned LESS $400 per 24-hour event day.
11 B. If you cancel 43 - 120 days before the event, none of the deposit is refundable.
11 C. Groups that cancel 7 to 42 days before the event will be billed and responsible for paying 100% of the total estimated venue rental bill less the registration fee that has been paid.
11 D. Groups that cancel 6 days or fewer before the event will be billed and responsible for paying 100% of the total estimated meal charges as well as the total estimated venue rental, less the registration fee.
11 E. Registration fees may be transferable to another date at the discretion of the manager. There may be an administrative fee of $400 to exercise this option. Please read and initial: I have read and understand the cancellation policy _____________ (initial here).

Cancellation Policies i. For all HACU virtual and in-person conferences, Exhibitors may cancel this contract at any time. Exhibitor understands and agrees that HACU will incur damages from the Exhibitor’s cancellation/downsizing. For cancellation to be effective, HACU must be notified in writing, and the date of cancellation must be within the dates HACU receives such notice. HACU may in its sole discretion keep any payment already received as liquidated damages for the cancellation.
ii. For all other HACU events, no refund will be given in the event of cancellation by participant, once purchased.
