THE OWNER’S COVENANTS. The Owners jointly and severally COVENANT AND AGREE with the Council to pay the Affordable Housing Contribution as increased by the indexation provision in Clause 10 to the Council no later than the date of first Occupation of the/a (delete as appropriate) New Dwelling to be Occupied and not to Occupy the/any New Dwelling (delete as appropriate) until such payment has been made to the Council in full including any interest due thereon under the terms of this Agreement
THE OWNER’S COVENANTS. The Owner covenants with the Council as set out in the Second Schedule and the Third Schedule
THE OWNER’S COVENANTS. 3.1. The Owner hereby covenants with the Council as follows:-
(a) to observe and perform and cause to be observed and performed the undertakings covenants and restrictions contained in Schedule 2; and
(b) to pay on the execution hereof the Council's costs incurred in the preparation and settlement of this Undertaking
THE OWNER’S COVENANTS. The Owner covenants with the Council as set out in the First Schedule Not to develop or cause or permit the Site or any part or parts of the Site to be developed pursuant to the Planning Permission otherwise than in strict conformity with the terms of this Agreement
THE OWNER’S COVENANTS. 5.1 The [Owner(s)/Developer] covenants with the [District/Borough] Council as set out in the [Third] Schedule so as to bind the Site and each and every part thereof.
5.2 The [Owner(s)/Developer] covenants with the County Council as set out in the [Fourth] Schedule so as to bind the Site and each and every part thereof.

Subject to Clause 17, the Owner COVENANTS AND AGREES with the Council to observe and perform the covenants, restrictions and obligations contained in Schedule 2, Schedule 3, Schedule 4, Schedule 5, and Schedule 6 The Council COVENANTS AND AGREES with the Owner to observe and perform the covenants, restrictions and obligations contained in Schedule 7
THE OWNER’S COVENANTS. 4.1 The Owner covenants with the Borough Council and the County Council to comply with the covenants contained in Paragraphs 1 to 6 of Part A of the Third Schedule.
