The Process for Filling Vacancies. The District and the Association share an interest in facilitating placement of unit members in school programs for which there is a match between unit member desire and program need. For this reason, employee initiated transfers shall be granted upon the approval of Human Resources Services and Support (HRSS). Unit members may submit a request for transfer to HRSS as provided in this Article.
