The Purchaser/Allottee. (s) shall be considered under a condition of default, on theoccurrence of the following events:
The Purchaser/Allottee has paid a sum of Rs. /- (Rupees only) as booking amount being part paymenttowards the Total Price of the Unit/Apartment at the time of application the receipt of which the Vendor hereby acknowledges and the Purchaser/Allottee hereby agrees to pay the remaining price of the Apartment as prescribed in the payment plan describedin the Fifth Schedule hereunder as may be demanded by the Vendors within the timeand manner specified therein. Provided that if the Purchaser/Allottee(s) delays in payment towards any amountwhich is payable, he shall be liable to pay interest at the rate prescribed in the Rules.
The Purchaser/Allottee shall plan and distribute its electric load in conformity with the electric systems installed by the Vendor and thereafter the Association of Purchaser/Allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by the association of Purchaser/Allottees. The Purchaser/Allottee shall be responsive for any loss or damagesarising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.
