The Right to succession. When you die, your tenancy will pass to your husband or wife, or to your partner as long as you were living together as a couple (this includes couples of the same sex) as long as he or she was living in the property as their only or main home when you died. If you are not married and do no t have a partner, your tenancy will pass to a qualifying relative but only if at the date of your death, they were living with you and had been living with you without a break for the previous 12 months. The Right to succession. Providing you did not succeed to your tenancy, in the event of your death, your spouse, your partner or your civil partner will have a right to the tenancy.
The Right to succession. In the event of your death the following people have the right to succeed your tenancy:  your spouse or civil partner as long as there has been no previous succession to this tenancy.  or any member of your family that has been living with you at the time of death and has been there for the previous twelve months and also as long as there has been no previous succession to this tenancy. Exceptions to this rule are that if the property has been adapted for a disabled person or it is bound by an age limit.

  • BINDING EFFECT; SUCCESSORS & XXXXXXX This Master Contract shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns.

  • City’s Right to Suspend for Convenience City may suspend all or any portion of Contractor’s performance under this Contract at its sole option and for its convenience for a reasonable period of time not to exceed six (6) months. City must first give ten (10) days’ written notice to Contractor of such suspension. City will pay to Contractor a sum equivalent to the reasonable value of the goods and/or services satisfactorily provided up to the date of suspension. City may rescind the suspension prior to or at six (6) months by providing Contractor with written notice of the rescission, at which time Contractor would be required to resume performance in compliance with the terms and provisions of this Contract.   • NEGOTIATION OF SUCCESSOR AGREEMENT For the purposes of negotiating a successor Agreement, APSOU and the University will meet between April 1, 2018, and June 30, 2018, to begin negotiations of a Successor Agreement. APSOU will send written notice to the University within ten (10) university days after the meeting specifying those subjects, sections, or articles it proposes to open for negotiations. Ten (10) university days after the University receives APSOU’s request, the University will send written notice to APSOU specifying those subjects, sections or articles it proposes for negotiations. Those sections of this Agreement not reopened by said notices or by subsequent mutual agreement shall automatically become part of any Successor Agreement. Negotiations of the Successor Agreement shall begin no later than ten (10) university days after APSOU receives the University’s notification, or such date thereafter as may be mutually agreed upon by the parties. The terms of the 2015-18 CBA remain in effect until the completion of bargaining the successor agreement or until the dispute resolution procedures governing negotiations described in ORS 243.712-ORS 243.726 are completed.

  • NEGOTIATION OF A SUCCESSOR AGREEMENT A. The District and the Association agree that negotiations for a successor agreement shall commence following the receipt by the Board of a request for such negotiations from the Association, which request shall be made on or before January 10, 2021 under the terms of ACT 88 of 1992.

  • STATE'S RIGHT TO STOP THE WORK 3.3.1 If the Contractor fails to correct defective Work as required by Paragraph 13.2 or persistently fails to carry out the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents, the State, by a written order signed personally or by an agent specifically so empowered by the State in writing, may order the Contractor to stop the Work, or any portion thereof, until the cause for such order has been eliminated; however, this right of the State to the stop the Work shall not give rise to any duty on the part the State to exercise this right for the benefit of the Contractor or any other person or entity, except to the extent required by Subparagraph 6.1.3.

  • Authority to Sign If this document is not signed by all of the persons comprising the Supplier, any person who has signed this document warrants to DFMC that it is duly authorised to sign and bind all the persons comprising the Supplier.
