The Seller Warrants. On the Closing Date (as defined in Section 3.1 below), RK Holdings will issue to the Existing Stockholders as a dividend Class C-1 and Class C-2 Warrants for the purchase, in the aggregate, of 9,905 shares of RK Holdings’ Class A Common Stock, in the form of Exhibit C-1 and Exhibit C-2 hereto (the “Seller Warrants”).
