The Service; Rewards; Commission. If you stake your assets with us, Coinbase Europe or one of its affiliates will stake these on your behalf, acting as a transaction validator on the applicable network for the Digital Currency you stake. If Coinbase Europe or one of its affiliates successfully validates a block of transactions in that Digital Currency, you may earn a reward granted by that Digital Currency’s network. Your reward will be determined by the protocols of the applicable network. Coinbase Europe will distribute this reward to you after receipt by Coinbase Europe, minus a 25% commission.

The Service; Rewards; Commission. (a) If you stake your assets with us, Coinbase UK or one of its affiliates will stake these on your behalf, acting as a transaction validator on the applicable network for the Digital Currency you stake. The Service; Rewards; Commission. If you stake Digital Currencies with us, another Coinbase entity will act as a transaction validator on the applicable network for the Digital Currency you stake (the “Network”) If the transaction validator successfully validates a block of transactions in that Digital Currency, you may earn a reward (the “Staking Reward”) granted by the Network. The Staking Reward will be determined by the protocols of the applicable Network. After the Staking Rewards have been received by the transaction validator, we will distribute this Staking Reward to you on a pro-rata basis (your Eligible Currencies in relation to the total amount of Eligible Currencies) minus a fee of 25% (the “Validation Fee”).

  • Independent Contractor; No Partnership; No Agency; No Utility Services 15.1 Company and Developer shall be independent contractors. This Agreement shall not be interpreted or construed to create an association, joint venture, agency relationship, or partnership between the Parties or to impose any partnership obligation or partnership liability upon any Party.   • Quarterly Contractor Performance Reporting Customers shall complete a Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit I) for each Contractor on a Quarterly basis. Customers will electronically submit the completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) to the Department Contract Manager no later than the due date indicated in Contract Exhibit D, Section 17, Additional Special Contract Conditions. The completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) will be used by the Department as a performance-reporting tool to measure the performance of Contractors. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MyFloridaMarketPlace or on the Department's website).

  • Standards of Service 1. Company shall at all times during the term hereof maintain a sufficient number of properly trained personnel to ensure that all customers of Company receive prompt and courteous service at all times, and all such personnel, while on or about the Premises, shall be polite, clean, appropriately attired and neat in appearance. Employees of Company shall wear appropriate identification badges, subject to the approval of the Chief Executive Officer, and employees performing similar jobs shall wear similar uniforms, which shall be clean and pressed.
