The Weather-Adjusted Portfolio Aggregate Minimum Production Requirement. (kWh) for each Production Year shall be determined as the sum of the Weather-Adjusted CREF Minimum Production Requirements (kWh) for all the CREFs in Subcontractor’s Portfolio, for that Production Year.
