Common use of Theft of Residents' Medical Equipment Clause in Contracts

Theft of Residents' Medical Equipment. The Employer shall replace required medical equipment which is stolen from secured storage locations. The onus is on the Resident to provide satisfactory proof of the theft. Such equipment must be required by the Employer and is not otherwise provided for the Resident to perform their duties. The Employer is not responsible for equipment lost through a Resident's inadvertence.
