Common use of THEME MUSIC Clause in Contracts

THEME MUSIC. 1. Themes will contain only music for program openings and closings. There will be no bridges or cues made under this category. 2. Production of generic and umbrella themes are permitted under the terms of this agreement provided, however, that if same are used as a theme for a specific program series additional payments will be made as indicated in paragraph five (5) below. 3. Any generic or umbrella theme music used for promotional purposes shall be paid for, and governed in its use, according to the terms and conditions of the applicable A.F.M.
