INDUSTRY–FEDERATION COMMITTEE Sample Clauses

INDUSTRY–FEDERATION COMMITTEE. A joint Industry–Federation Committee consisting of an equal number of representatives from each side shall be established. The joint committee shall meet promptly, upon the written request of either party, to review the administration of this Agreement, to discuss and attempt to resolve any disputes concerning alleged violations of this Agreement, and to discuss any other issues of mutual interest to the parties including the following items:

INDUSTRY–FEDERATION COMMITTEE. A joint cooperative committee of representatives of Industry and the Federation will address problems of mutual concern which may arise under this Agreement including but not limited to a review of the following items: (i) experiences under the payment due dates procedure [Section A.I(K)], (ii) payments to musicians for the new use of previously recorded music in multimedia programs, (iii) Special Payments Fund contributions on unmatched/unprocessed product, (iv) making CD jackets available to Special Payments Fund auditors, and (v) low budget recordings (see p. 53-56). The joint committee shall meet at least once per year at a convenient time and place and, further, more frequently by mutual agreement. February 1, 2002 – January 31, 2005
INDUSTRY–FEDERATION COMMITTEE. The parties to this Agreement shall maintain a Joint Industry-Federation Committee which shall review problems which may arise under this Agreement and recommend solutions. The Committee shall also explore matters of common interest including global commercial announcements.

  • Union Committee The Union shall appoint and maintain a Committee comprising persons who are employees of the Employer, and/or the Senior Union Official, or her/his representative, which shall be known as the Union Committee. The Union at all times shall keep the Employer informed of the individual membership of the Committee.

  • Education Committee (a) The Employer will establish an Education Committee for all employees in the facility, which shall include at least one representative from ONA members.

  • Joint Job Evaluation Committee The parties entered into agreement December 17, 1992, to ensure the Joint Gender- Neutral Job Evaluation Plan remains current and operational and to that end endorsed the Joint Gender-Neutral Job Evaluation Maintenance Agreement. The parties agree that a guiding principle for the Committee is that there shall be no discrimination between male and female employees wherein a person of one sex is paid more than a person of the other sex for similar or substantially similar work.

  • TRANSITION COMMITTEE 8.1.0 A transition committee comprised of the employee representatives and the employer representatives, including the Crown, will be established by January 31, 2016 to address all matters that may arise in the creation of the Trust.

  • Joint Consultation Committee a) A committee known as the Joint Consultation Committee shall be established by the parties.

  • LIAISON COMMITTEE 8.01 A Liaison Committee shall be established which shall meet on an informal basis at the call of any of the parties signatory hereto, to discuss matters of mutual interest pertaining to the Project and/or this Agreement, with the objective of promoting and maintaining beneficial relations and cooperation between the parties, and of ensuring the achievement of the purposes of this Agreement. The Liaison will meet at least twice per year.

  • UNION COMMITTEES Union Committees as provided for in this Agreement, will be of a size that will not unduly curtail production.

  • Evaluation Committee A The Association and the Board agree to establish a standing joint Evaluation Development Committee for the purpose of establishing the procedure and process, including the evaluation instrument, for the evaluation of teachers in the District and to regularly review the effectiveness of the procedure and process, including the evaluation instrument, for the evaluation of teachers in the District.

  • Operating Committee the Consortium’s managing body, composed of representatives of the Manager and the Contractors, pursuant to Annex XI.

  • Staffing Committee A. Responsibilities. The Nurse Staffing Committee (“NSC”) shall be responsible for determining the Institute’s staffing plan and resolving complaints raised by nurses regarding the implementation of the plan as well as those activities required of it under RCW 70.41, et seq and its successors.
